Amidst continued fighting on the northern border with Hezbullah, the IDF announced that preparations are underway for the extended stay of the extra thousands of deployed troops during the winter stormy season which features snow in some areas.
IDF head of logistics for the northern area, Lt. Col. Erez Peretz:
Additionally, the army bought storm suits, thermal measures, coats and shoes suitable for the winter in the Hermon area.

The Lebanese army and UN arrived to retrieve it and investigate it's origin.

The videos coming out from Gaza show an unimaginably tragic loss of life, probably unseen in many decades in this conflict.
The mothers, the fathers, and the newly orphaned are all suffering, but what feels like a bigger tragedy to me are the families who will never find the body of their father/son/daughter/etc, to bury, visit, and remember when this war passes.
The soldiers in Gaza are purging as a punishment for 7-October.
But it's reassuring that their losses and suffering won't be in vain. Israel and Israelis will be [redacted] one day, and it'll make up for all that happened.
