But despite that claim, Alon adds that in one night they (Ridwan) can descend and take control of the arena.

In an address to locals about the possible upcoming war with Lebanon, a mayor in Haifa told the locals:

Whoever does not take care of himself in the first week of the outbreak of war, the state will not take care of him later.

Roy Levy, mayor of Nesher in Haifa, then called on settlers of the city to prepare for war.

"He tells them: Buy a generator, a gas pipe, and gas cans. Take care of yourselves because the state will not reach you in the first week. Because there is no transparency on the part of the government."
