⭕ Hezbullah's drones safely flies and safely impacts an Israeli base.

What is this base? It's a base under construction by the Israeli army, and Hezbullah attacked it to showcase its intelligence inside Israel and its reach to harm and sabotage.

🗣️ The Israeli army issued a summary of today's events so far

- They intercepted two drones off the coast of Nahariya. No alerts sounded according to protocol.

- Two additional suicide drones crossed from Lebanon and impactes in the area of Kabri. Fire and damage was caused

- They are still unaware of what happened regarding the alerts between 13:15 and 13:20.

Earlier today, they acknowledge Hezbullah attacked houses in:
- Manara
- Yir'on,
- Avivim
- Margaliot
- Yiftach

⭕ For the third day in a row, Hezbullah is still issuing statements for attacks to avenge fallen soldiers in Aitaroun and Markaba.

Hezbullah takes credit for the attack on the Israeli base near Kabri with a swarm of suicide drones, as retaliation to the Israeli drone strikes that killed three members in Markaba and Aitaroun.

They announce causing material damage and claim casualties. The base attack was established to replace the one in Ga'toun, which they army is retreating from under fire.

🗣️ The Israeli army acknowledges Hezbullah shot down a UAV operating over south Lebanon.

This is the 3rd Hermes-900 to be shoot down over Lebanon, the second in less than 2 weeks.

A total of 5 UAVs have been shot over Lebanon. Two additional were damaged, one of which crashed inside Israel months ago.

✈️ How many Hermes-900 exist?

Well it's never easy to know exactly without getting satellite imagery of Israeli air bases. But from a very quick internet search:

- In March 2023, Elbit received an order for its 120th UAV

Of these, the following foreign countries have:
- Brazil, Mexico, Azerbaijan ~ 2
- Iceland, EU, Colombian, Canada ~ each 1
- Chile ~ 3
- Switzerland ~ 6
- Philippines ~ 9
- India ~ 12

These are old numbers, but these imply Israel doesn't have an unlimited supply of them and whatever stocks exists, many are under maintenance and un-operational

⭕ Hezbullah issued a statement announcing they tracked the Israeli army modus operandi in south Lebanon and the path of its drones.

And once the UAV entered into a kill zone set by the resistance, it was shot down, before it was can proceed with its mission.
