- Turkish Vice President Fuad Oktay from Baabda: We assured President Aoun that Turkey is always on the side of Lebanon and its people, and we will provide all assistance, solidarity, and Turkish relief teams have been working from the first moments in the port.

- Aktay: Turkish rescue teams are working in the port of Beirut, and two field hospitals have been set, 400 tons of wheat and food was sent, and we came in a private jet loaded with medical supplies.

- Aktay: We got information that all the glass in houses, homes and buildings in Beirut and the suburbs of Beirut are broken, and we know that there are great needs, and Turkey is ready to help and provide Lebanon with all these requirements.

- He also asked Aoun why a Turkish burn treating hospital is not active in Sidon city, stressing Turkey's will to help building the port.

New reports: "Current security reports are indicating that the ammonium nitrate stored in that hanger has been being sold for years on the Lebanese and Syrian markets, with reports indicating it was used in the explosions that Dahyeh Beirut witnessed between 2014 and 2015".

- This Syrian child is called Rayan al Saadi. His father Mohammad al Saadi died during the explosion while his mother Mona al Nahhas is in intensive care unit in Dar al-Shifa hospital.
