📹 Yesterday, two videos spread on social media showing Hezbullah's rocket fire towards Israeli from the outskirts of Der Mimas village, a town with a Christian population.

The footage was viral on social media, and quickly ended up with Hebrew accounts. The location has been doxed, and several Hezbullah members' lives were at risk then and any future presence there.

The video was accompanied by many curses on Hezbullah and incitement and will be used eventually by the Israeli army to falsify news.

Everything aside, the use of open areas is legitimate and allowed, and there isn't any danger to locals. Once Hezbullah's SG said that we had to fire from the outkists or X Druze village because it was the only location that offers ease and ability to reach Y Israeli base and location.

The border strip has many non-Shia villages, and they shouldn't be used as human shields to safeguard Israeli bases and settlements.

May the locals in this village stay safe, and may their village not damaged.

📹 The person behind the viral video then released a public statement apologized, saying he didn't mean to share the footage and he was only angry and worried about the consequences of such events.

Out of respect to the possible sincerity of such an apology, I cropped out his face and yes it's understandable that someone could curse when such events are taken.

Please take this incident as a reminder that showing exact launch sites puts people at risk, and their death will be on your hands and you'll be trialed for murder in the afterlife.

Israel has drones and radars that can detect launches, but mountains help mask the radar signal and trees from the eyes of drones.

Israel is not an all-seeing deity, and human contribution is a pillar to what makes Israel excel in its intelligence-based attacks and assassinations.

🇮🇱/🇺🇸 According to U.S. journalist David Frum, no previous US administration ever, has deployed more US strength in support of Israel than Biden-Harris.

The next runner-up is Nixon in 1973, and it's not a close second.

🇮🇱/🇱🇧 "Soldiers take a woman out of her home during the occupation of Malkiyya"
Photo by Benno Rothenberg, May 1948

Al-Malkiyya was a Palestinian/Lebanese Shiite village, one of seven Shia villages that ended up on the Palestinian side of the border when the British and French finished carving up al-Sham in 1924. About 400 people lived in Malkiyya on the eve of the Nakba.

During the 1948 war, control of the village switched between the warring parties several times, until it was eventually captured by the IDF during Operation Hiram, in October 1948.

Today, the site of the village is within a closed military area (even before the current war).
Kibbutz Malkia was established on the village's land.
