Notably, they aren't announcing the attacks in Beqaa and Baalbek districts. I think the purpose of this is for the rhetoric of the war.

As no hostilities were launched from there, and it being 100's of km away, Israel has nothing to justify attacking that area to the West. And by the UN, only south of the Litani is under the demilitarization act of non-state groups.
