In an article by the FT they talk about Israel’s broadened focus on Hezbullah in the region was accompanied by a growing, and eventually insurmountable technical advantage — spy satellites, sophisticated drones and cyber-hacking capabilities that turn mobile phones into listening devices.

It collects so much data that it has a dedicated group, Unit 9900, which writes algorithms that sift through terabytes of visual images to find the slightest changes, hoping to identify an improvised explosive device by a roadside, a vent over a tunnel or the sudden addition of a concrete reinforcement, hinting at a bunker.

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 Israeli War Minister Yoav Gallant hints that Israel is preparing to launch a ground offensive against Hezbullah in Lebanon

"The elimination of [Hezbullah chief Hassan] Nasrallah is a very important step, but it is not everything. We will use all the capabilities we have,"

He was meeting with troops of the 188th Armored Brigade and Golani Infantry Brigade in northern Israel.

⭕️ Hezbullah Deputy Secretary-General Naim Qassem delivered a speech on 30 September pledging that the movement will continue on the path set by the late leader Hassan Nasrallah and denying Israeli claims about having degraded the resistance's military capabilities.

“Hezbullah is continuing with its goals and the field of jihad, and the command and control system will continue to follow up and alternative plans that Nasrallah has put in place. We are dealing with them and everyone is present in the field,”

The deputy chief of Hezbollah also confirmed that the group will soon install a new leadership via “internal mechanisms,” adding that the choice of leader is “clear,” without offering further details.

“Israel is committing massacres in all areas of Lebanon until there is no house left without traces of Israeli aggression in it,”

He adds that “Israel attacks civilians, ambulances, children, and the elderly. It does not fight fighters, but rather commits massacres.

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 The Israeli army claims to have killed The commander of Hezbullah's medium-range rockets unit om Saturday in Beirut.

Eid Hassan Nashar was a "veteran commander" in Hezbullah and was a "central source of knowledge in the field of rockets," the IDF says.

So, the Israeli army claims to have killed all of Hezbullah's rocket and missile array top brass commanders.

This and the other assassinations, are critical to the survivability of the C&C (command and control) of Hezbullah. But inshallah, kheir.
