📰 A while ago, sirens sounded in Haifa and nearby towns.

An hour ago, a barrage of some 25 rockets was fired from Lebanon at Tiberias, according to the IDF.

Some of the rockets were intercepted by air defenses, and others impacted in the area. There are no reports of injuries or major damage in the attack.

7 impacts were reported, with 3 in Kiryat Motzkin, 3 in Kiryat Yam, and one in Haifa. The IDF says 85 rockets were launched and inteception attempts were made.

📹 The Islamic Resistance Hezbullah detected an Israeli enemy force that infiltrated from behind the UN base in Labouneh.

The Israeli army is using them as entry points, and taking them as human shields

However they were able to attack then with appropriate weapons and inflicted confirmed casualties, including dead and wounded, which forced the infiltrating enemy force to withdraw behind the border wall from where it had infiltrated.

Footage was released by Al-Mayadeen, showing fire ongoing from this attack, possibly from a vehicle.

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 The Israeli defense minister met today with the head of the Northern Command to check and discuss the progress of the ongoing ground invasion that started on 30-Sept 2024

Gallant issued a very delusional statement claiming "Hezbullah is an exhausted and broken organization, without command and control capabilities, without significant firepower, with attempts to raise its head and above all without leadership."

However we can notice that Hezbullah has maintained its firing of rockets at consistent rates despite the great losses in leadership and ammunitions, has fired at Tel Aviv just yesterday, was able to inflict some casualties in defense, and hasn't collapsed or showed any signs of that.

This war won't be short, and it has only been a week.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 The Israeli army released footage today of the Golani Brigade operating in Maroun al-Ras, the first time they name a village.

They boasted about finding forward border area defensive holes and pre-set weapons. However they barley found any munitions or weapons, etc.

They showed photos next to house, inside the village area, but they are not in control yet of the whole village.

They released footage inside Lebanese towns, although no clashes were ongoing in any.

They announced they used at least a 100 tons of explosives to demolish parts of the Lebanese villages they entered to.

This excludes the damages they caused in airstrikes and artillery over 12 months.

The division, which previously battled Hamas in Gaza for months, claims that Hezbullah is a different enemy to Hamas, but not necessarily stronger.

"The division has found Hezbullah to be a far more organized fighting force than Hamas, but largely operating above ground and not in tunnels like the terror group in Gaza.

Hezbullah also has more advanced weapons and better fortifications, the division has identified."

To the right you have the 98th, 91st and 36th while on the left in the east, the 146th.

Today we are on the 8-9th day of the invasion. In 2006, the ground war was about 15-20 days at maximum. (I'll validate how long later)

...The IDF Home Front Command is issuing stricter guidelines in suburbs of Haifa, which prevent schools from operating.

Schools will not be able to open in Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Yam, and Kiryat Motzkin, under the latest guidelines.
