This map shows confirmed Israeli army vehicle movement on new tracks dug by their bulldozers around Aita al-Shaab and Ramia. New tracks that take advantage of geography and to avoid known roads.
Tracks reach to the western neighborhood of Aita as we reported before, and likewise in Ramiah. The Israeli army is trying to encircle the villages from 3 sides. This is something I reported before about how Aita is geographically at a disadvantage.
Aita and Ramia are under the eyes and attack of 6 Israeli border bases, that sit on top of hills that overview them.
Aita's eastern sector is not defendable because Rmeish is a non-friendly village to the Lebanese resistance and the Israeli army can operate safely in that area.

According to a statement, the following rotten carcasses have been killed in face-to-face clashes in south Lebanon.
This toll includes a company commander and a platoon commander, in the racks of major and captain

-Major Ofek Bachar, aged 24, from Ness Ziona, a Company Commander from the Golani Reconnaissance Unit,
-Captain Elad Siman Tov, aged 23, from Tzofim, a Platoon Commander from the Golani Reconnaissance Unit,
-Staff Sergeant Elyashiv Eitan Wieder, aged 22, from Jerusalem, a Squad Commander from the Golani Reconnaissance Unit

☠️ Details about the attack that killed 5 Israeli soldiers in southern Lebanon
In a village in south Lebanon, after a very intensive Israeli wave of airstrikes, a group of 10 Israeli soldiers attacked a building with several anti-tank missiles
A bulldozer then advanced, and destroyed part of the house, allowing the soldiers to enter.
Before they entered, they sent a drone to scan
About 30 minutes later, 4 Hezbullah fighters emerged from inside the house and engaged the Israeli soldiers, killing 5.
They continued to fight and injured 5 other soldier, 2 critically and the rest are medium-to-light, causing in total 10 casualties.
The Israeli force proceeded to lay on the ground, dead and injured, before a large rescue force came and saved them.
The Israeli army was operating in an area designated safe and already occupied and cleared

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 In a separate incident yesterday in southern Lebanon, a soldier from the 12th Battalion, Golani Brigade, was severely injured during combat in southern Lebanon.
Additionally, an reservist officer and two reservist soldiers from the 8173rd Battalion, 6th Brigade, Combat Engineering Corps, and a reservist soldier from the 8173rd Battalion, 6th Brigade, Logistics Corps, were severely injured today during combat in southern Lebanon.
These 4 soldiers were likely injured in Hezbullah's attacks on tanks and Merkavas. As mentioned before, these vehicles are well made to ensure the survivability of their crew.
With the series injury of some, we can know the other crew was lightly injured and the vehicles are damaged and out of service during this war or for few weeks and months at least.

❗️Hezbullah announced they engaged at 10.50 p.m today two Merkava tanks in Jal al-Deir near the Avivim settlement opposite the town of Maroun al-Ras with guided missiles.
They confirm the tanks were seen burning, crew became casualties.

This town that the Israeli army already has been operating for 17 days in, and hoisted its flag over at the garden.
The area, jal al-Dier is the most outskirt of the town and literally at the edge of the Israeli border facing Avivim settlement.
The ability to even still see this area, let alone be in a hill or area able to shoot at it, is a great clarifying factor that the resistance hasn't been defeated there yet.
And any show of resistance will delay Israel's declaring of victory there ahead of moving towards Bint Jbeil and villages in the rear.
