📰 Some 6 drones have been successfully intercepted today by the Israeli army, launched from Lebanon and Iraq.

About 20 intercepted since the successful attack on the Israeli army training base few days ago.

🇮🇱l🇺🇸 Israel has requested that the US send a second THAAD battery to protect the country in case of an Iranian reaction to an expected Israeli reprisal attack, Channel 12 reports.

The Pentagon on Sunday confirmed that Washington will send one advanced air defense battery to Israel, along with American soldiers to operate it.

The THAAD is considered a complementary system to the Patriot system but can defend a wider area, capable of hitting targets at ranges of 150-200 kilometers (93-124 miles).

Each battery consists of six truck-mounted launchers, 48 interceptors, radio and radar equipment, and requires 95 soldiers to operate.

One THAAD battery costs from $1bn to $1.8bn and the USA has only 7. Each missile costs about 13 million dollars. That's 625 million dollars for all 48 missiles.

If the US was to defend against an Iranian attack similar to last time, they'd need to pay about $2.5 billions from U.S. tax payer money for a war not authorized by Congress and on behalf of Israel (free money)

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 According to Israeli media, yesterday the Israeli army suffered 50 injuries in south Lebanon.

4 were the serious ones reported earlier. The rest are all light to medium

⭕️ This evening/night, Hezbullah issued 3 statements announcing operations as part of 'Khaybar series'

The 3 operations used strategic accurate missiles and drones, targeting the following Israeli bases:

- Haifa city
- Ain Shamir base east of Khedera
- Eliazer bade west of Haifa

None of these attacks resulted in sirens. Only during one, a David Sling air defense was reported. No impacts reported.

❗️Hezbullah announced they engaged at 9.20 p.m today a Merkava tank in Al-Bad base inside the occupied territories with guided missiles.

They confirm the tank was seen burning, crew became casualties.

- Nasher military base east of Haifa
- Kiryat Shmona (soldiers)

🇮🇱l🇱🇧 At least nine Israeli settlers are wounded in rocket impacts in northern Israel amid a Hezbullah attack on the Haifa area and Western Galilee this morning.

In a direct impact in Kiryat Atta, a 28-year-old is listed in light-to-moderate condition after being hit by shrapnel.

In a separate rocket impact on a road in the Western Galilee, MDA says four people were wounded, including a man in his 30s in moderate condition after being hit by shrapnel

A rocket impact in the Acre area killed one person, medics say. He was an Arab.

❗️And in a first, overnight Hezbullah successfully launched a series of drones, of which at least one successfully impacted and damaged the private house of the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

All attempts to shoot down the drone failed.

Netanyahu and his wife were not home at the time, and there were no injuries.

❗️In a new terror attack, the Israeli army ordered two new evictions in Beirut's Dahyeh for buildings near Shahid Qaa'eq school and Al-Hasanain mosque.

All attack in Dahyeh are to be pre-approved by the Israeli Prime Minister personally.
