The attack was 10 rockets directed at an IDF artillery base.

The rotten carcass has been identified as Master Sgt. (res.) Saar Eliad Navarsky, 27, of the 7338th "Adirim" Artillery Regiment's 508th Battalion, from Tel Aviv.

Three other soldiers of the artillery battalion were seriously wounded in the same incident.

At 8 am, Hezbullah defended against an IDF advance towards Taybeh.

- At 1.00 pm, they attacked with an ATGM Israeli forces in Aadaysit Marjaayoun village
