A statement of the Lebanese MOH specifies the field hospitals:

- Russia, at the Cité sportive, deals with simple neurosurgical and orthopedic operations, traumatic diseases and has a pediatric department.
- Iran, at the Lebanese Uni in Hadath, deals with general surgery (operations of medium difficulty), chronic diseases, pharmacy + artificial respirators are also installed there

- Jordan, in Tell el-Zaatar also deals with general surgery, orthopedics and obstetrics
- Morocco, located in the Quarantaine, deals with general surgery, pediatrics, gynecology, ophthalmology and orthopedic surgeries. It also has a laboratory and a pharmacy
- Qatar, at the St. George Hospital in Achrafieh, has 500 beds and deals with pediatric intensive care, simple surgeries, pharmacy (chronic diseases, diabetes...)
