🇮🇱l🇺🇸 According to Israeli media, the head of CENTCOM is expected to visit Israel tomorrow to discuss cooperation.

The US vowed to support Israel through the already deployed THAAD system and AEGIS AD system deployed onboard of 3 ships near the Israeli shores.

The visit tomorrow is also going to discuss how the US will pledge to help support rescue fighters from inside Iran in case they are shot down in any future attacks inside the country.

🇮🇷l🇮🇱 In Israeli statement, they delusionally claim they have destroyed Iranian capabilities to produce ballistic missiles and have neutralized all air defense radars

According to FOX news, Israeli warplanes took out 3 of Iran's Russian made S300 missile defense systems.

At the start of the year Iran only had 4 S300 SAM systems but back in April Israel took out one of the four S300's

And in an even more bizzare false claim, US and Israeli officials told Fox that the Israeli warplanes took out multiple radar systems that are needed to guide those ballistic missiles that were fired at Israel in April and in Oct.

Pentagon Runs Low on Air-Defense Missiles as Demand Surges

The U.S. is running low on some types of air-defense missiles, raising questions about the Pentagon’s readiness to respond to the continuing wars all over.

Standard Missiles, which are usually ship-launched, are among the most common interceptors the U.S. has used to defend Israeli territory from missile attacks, and are critical for protecting ships in the Red Sea.

The U.S. has launched more than 100 Standard Missiles October 2023

The Pentagon worries it could run through its inventory faster than it can replace them, leaving the U.S. vulnerable in a potential conflict in the Pacific

Since the war between Hamas and Israel began last year, U.S. ships have launched more than $1.8 billion worth of interceptors to stop Iran and its allies from attacking Israel and ships traveling through the Red Sea, according to the Navy.

“We’re spending a year’s worth of Standard Missiles—those are standard missiles that are supposed to be part of rearming ourselves for China,” US officials said.

“So, 100%, we have, once again in the Middle East, set back Navy readiness to execute operations in the Pacific.”

🇱🇧l🇮🇱l🇺🇸 Biden advisers to visit Israel to try to seal a deal to end war in Lebanon

Two senior advisers to President Biden will arrive in Israel on Thursday to try to close a deal that would end the war in Lebanon and allow displaced civilians from both sides of the border to return to their homes, three sources with direct knowledge of the trip told Axios.

Israeli and U.S. officials said they believe that after the blows Hezbollah has suffered in the past two months, including the assassination of its leader Hassan Nasrallah, it is finally willing to disconnect itself from Hamas in Gaza.

Hochstein visited Beirut last week and got a positive response from Lebanese officials about the possibility of moving toward a ceasefire regardless of the war in Gaza.

The IDF has recommended to Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant that now would be a good time to work out a diplomatic solution to end the fighting with Hezbollah and avoid getting bogged down in a war in Lebanon, the officials said.

Continued:

Israeli officials said the deal being discussed is based on re-implementing UN Security Council Resolution 1701 that ended the 2006 war in Lebanon.

The deal being considered envisions an announcement of a ceasefire that is followed by a 60-day transition period, the officials said.

During this transition period, Hezbollah would move its heavy weapons north of the Litani River and away from the Israeli border. The Lebanese army would deploy about 8,000 troops along the border with Israel who would join UNIFIL peacekeepers there and the IDF forces would gradually withdraw to the Israeli side of the border.

One Israeli demand is that the IDF be allowed to engage in "active enforcement" to ensure Hezbollah doesn't rearm and rebuild its military infrastructure in the areas of southern Lebanon

Israeli officials said that while this condition is not going to be part of the agreement with Lebanon, Israel wants a letter of assurances from the Biden administration that the U.S. would support this

❗️These developments are very important because:

1- It is the first time that Israel is the one actually who wants to end the war and a ceasefire, enough to not want to wait till the end of the US elections and hope Trump will be the joker card

2- The IDF wants Hezbullah to move large weapons above Litani? Hezbullah can just say I don't have any left :)

3- The Lebanese army and UN to enforce anything? The "locals" won't allow it

4- The IDF will occupy the border strip? The "local resistance" won't allow it

5- Will Hezbullah actually accept a ceasefire that doesn't also coincide with one in Gaza?

Will Hezbullah even after all these hardships tell its people that the war will continue because of Gaza, with the absence of the historic leader that can actually convice the people?

This will be the most critical part.
