One major attack was planned but was canceled, because serious negotiations are ongoing. Which division and what area was not made public.

Despite the chances of a deal being 1%, this is a notable Israeli decision to attempt to wrap up fast and leave a lot of unfinished work. Just not clear.

🇮🇱 And unlike in Gaza, Netanyahu isn't publicly hawkish and in his speech now implied he's ready to end the war but need guarantees that Israel is able to act against any possible rebuilding by Hezbullah and to actively attack when threatened.

This implies a lack of deterrence unlike what we saw post 2006 war.

The Israeli media is claiming it's due to negotiations for a ceasefire, but we all know it isn't. It is political because the government didn't sanction any deeper action and is still insisting of "limited border operations"
