The buildings neither served Hezbullah, nor had civilian offices for Hezbullah. Locals know and people living in these buildings know every neighbor.

What's even worse is that people are saying the house was attacked when a car arrived, implying a Hezbullah social worker arrived to give people money to help them survive being displaced....then asks why didn't they target the car before or after.

The thing here is, Hezbullah's production uses military grade chemicals and produces X type of explosives for it's weapons, including IEDs. Amun nitrate doesn't fit their standards, and its a basic chemical that doesn't fit a regular military like Hezbullah who has access to the good-grade stuff.
That explosion was a result of the Lebanese state criminal negligence and corruption, that includes the UN and the Lebanese army
