Are all USA accusations true and not just meant to target the community of Hezbullah?
A few years ago (2011), the USA sanctioned a Lebanese bank called "The Lebanese Canadian bank", for allegedly having ties to Hezbullah.

However, it took them 8 years later after the bank closed and Lebanese jobs lost, and money paid to the USA (102 million) to say:

The same year, the USA then sanctioned another Lebanese bank called "Jammal Trust Bank", accusing it of financing Hezbullah and helping it in its activity. https://t.co/8tZKckaFt9
Yet what's funny about this case, that costed 400 families their jobs, is that USAID announced a partnership with the bank in June 2018 and the U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon boosted this on Twitter.
