📸 In a detailed report, the IDF has released the number of weapons they have confiscated from south Lebanon from staging facilities

(facilities created by Hezbullah for stagging forces for defense and offense. Most were sealed and not deployed yet)

They boast about 85,000 weapon, however when you breakdown the numbers it's more humble.

- 6,840 RPG rockets and anti-tank missiles, including 340 Russian-made Kornets

- 9,000 explosive devices (locally made IEDs and Iranian-made mines) and hand grenades

- 2,250 unguided rockets and mortars (absolute majority is mortars)

- 2,700 assault rifles (AK)

- 2,860 other guns (PKM) including sniper rifles

- 60 anti-aircraft missiles (MANPADS)

The bulk of this 85,000 number they are floating?

60,800 pieces of electronic equipment, communication devices, computers, and documents; and 300 pieces of surveillance equipment, including binoculars.

So they counted radios, landlines, paper by paper the training manuals, posters, etc etc.

Indeed these are grave losses, but what they attacked and destroyed in airstrikes was higher and what's left is folds and folds more.

Hezbullah had circulated in its ranks 100,000 members right? Some killed, some injured, some active, some left, some etc etc. that's a 100,000 AK excluding training ones. The IDF found 2,700. Get my point?

I think if we compare this number to the number they confiscated in a ship before 2010, you'd find that cargo was folds more.

However why is this now not as comfortable as after 2006? Because what was lost cannot be easily replaced at all after Syria fell. It'll be harder, more compromised, and trickier. But

📸 The mines and IEDs.

These are Iranian made and locally made (to the highest military grade standards)

Everything in blue is trainer, not real. Unfortunately in this war there was a lack of use of mines and IEDs, for unclear reasons.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 The IDF officially takes credit for the pager attack, calling it a joint effort with the Mossad that took 10 years to make happen

(10 years to mass kill people, tells you enough that the Israeli war on Lebanon was going to happen with it without this support front. Israel was plotting and plotting to kill)

Quoted below is the report by Israeli media:

The IDF says it played a key role in the so-called pager operation against Hezbullah, during which thousands of pagers and walkie-talkies exploded some three months ago.

The operation began some 10 years ago as a joint IDF and Mossad project, as part of preparations in the military to surprise during a war.

The Mossad’s role in the operation was revealed earlier this week by two former agents who appeared on CBS, but now the army is also revealing details about its part in the plan.

Israeli intelligence efforts ramped up from the beginning of the ongoing war with an eye toward implementing the plan.

The army says a team of intel experts operated out of a secret surveillance base in northern Israel to bring together the research, surveillance and operational capabilities relating to the project.

(They probably meant they build the SIGNIT infrastructure to detonate them from inside Israel)

The IDF recommended holding off on deploying the exploding pagers until the northern front became the main front of the war, and not at an earlier stage when the primary front was still the Gaza Strip.

The pagers were set off on 17-September and a day later walkie-talkies also blew up.

The military says the level of intelligence that it had on Hezbullah, and the correct and effective use of the intelligence, was crucial in producing the results.

The intelligence enabled the IDF to degrade Hezbullah’s capabilities and target its top commanders while keeping them in the dark.

In the days following the pager operation, the Israeli Air Force hit thousands of targets across Lebanon, taking out most of Hezbullah rocket and drone capabilities.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 The IDF: We defeated Hezbullah. We have concluded our war

The IDF is concluding the massive war against Hezbollah, about a month after the ceasefire came into effect.

The IDF is announcing this evening that they have denied the ability of the Hezbullah to carry out its ground attack plan and carry out a widespread raid using the Radwan force on the Galilee.

They claim the Radwan unit was left without a chain of command, and without competence for its offensive capabilities.

The IDF believes it has destroyed about 70% of Hezbullah's "strategic weapons," including long-range missiles, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-ship missiles; and some 75% of its short-range rocket launchers.

Hezbullah is now in a position where it is unable to carry out any major attacks on Israel, according to the IDF's assessments.

The IDF's tactical achievements in this war cannot be denied, however the degree of losses cannot be confirmed.

Rocket wise, they have also set a toll that affected the rate. We all know it isn't normal to fire as much rocket a day in 2024 as you did in 2006. This war was special because it started differently and fought under extreme unprecedented conditions.

As for Hezbullah's ability to conquer the Galilee, I'm personally glad it never went through and hope the idea gets changed because the operation is not feasible in a way that won't be extremely costly and in a way that will ensure the settlements will be liberated and not lost in an Israeli counteroffensive.

The balance of materialistic conditions to attack is not comparable.

Hezbullah is wise and hasn't pushed towards such execution, even avoided any raids during the support fromt.

I feel it was always A plan, but not one ready yet and not in the foreseeable future because how the battlefield evolved. Back in 2021 Hezbullah lost almost all the tunnels leading inside Israel, and not a single one was found again during this war.

This tells you a lot about the plan changes and the more time needed for any such plan. @LebUpdate.

🇮🇱l🇸🇾 Hebrew media: The IDF is preparing to build temporary army posts inside a buffer zone between Israel and Syria. (This is both the demilitarized zone and Syria)

The military says the army posts are intended to ensure that troops can operate in southern Syria throughout the winter.

❗️ According to I24news, at least 15,000 beepers (pagers) did not explode when activated on Sept 17.

Had they did, about 20,000 Hezbullah members and their families would have been injured, that's about 20% of the total Hezbullah members (in a lifetime).

These pagers were "new" to Hezbullah and only recently started to being rolled out to Hezbullah members, replacing the old ones. The Mossad and IDF rushed to detonate them, after they started to suspect Hezbullah was becoming suspicious of them. @LebUpdate

📰 There are unclear (unverified) reports indicating that Hussein Zain Al-Din and Ali Hammoud were executed at Aleppo hospital in Syria, while receiving medical aid.

They are both members of Hezbullah.

Unclear if this is from last month and became clear now. @LebUpdate.

❗️At 7:00 a.m., an Israeli enemy convoy consisting of two bulldozers and three Merkava tanks advanced from Wadi al-Saluqi towards Wadi al-Hujayr.

This is several km deep in Lebanon, in areas they never got close to during the war.

The IDF is trying to scout the valley and look for Hezbullah's infrastructure, as this valley witnessed a large ambush against Israeli tanks in 2006. @LebUpdate

📰 Additional incursion past the Ras al-Nabaa junction leading to the towns of Qabrikha and Tulin.

They also entered Al-Qasr town for the first time, and attempted to enter Ghandourieh.

This is the deepest they ever reached yet, and this is all new territory after the ceasefire. @LebUpdate
