Might be this incident

The IDF claims to have spotted Hezbullah members removing weapons from a storage facility into a van.

They attacked the van and facility (but not the fighter, statement didn't claim that). There is no confirmation these are Hezbullah or even weapons.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 Israeli armed drones are reported over Beirut and various other towns and villages in Lebanon.

This is in violation of the ceasefire, the 1701 UN resolution, and a violation of Lebanon's sovereignty.

🥀 Shaqra town will bury tomorrow many of its heros who were martyred during this war, in the sacred battle in defense of south Lebanon.

May they enjoy the highest degrees in heaven and may God bestow patience on their families from mothers to children.

Hezbullah continues to daily bury its martyrs in their hometowns.

It is genuinely unsettling to see again some individuals on social media, from Amal Movement incite against Hezbullah and then incite again Iran accusing it of both "forcing Hezbullah into this war" and then "abandoning Hezbullah to its fate".

Or accusing Hezbullah of causing this destruction because of the support front. I've heard this from several irl, even went further attacking Sayyed Hassan.

Hamas's decision to do 7-Oct was their own. Hezbullah's decision to support on 8-Oct judging by the 2021 experience was their own.

Non-state actors fighting are not like states at war. The rhetoric and claims are different. There is no exact comparisons.

The issue is, Amal Movement might not have been openly part of the support front by not taking credit for its actions but Amal was from day one in south Lebanon launching rockets and mortars on Israel

Amal from day one was in the border towns, and its fighters serving and rising as martyrs in this war.

It is unacceptable and ridiculous to project old hate again, and it makes no sense, not anymore. Whoever participates in fitna between the Shia in Lebanon is cursed and if his actions lead to problems will be damned.

I know the support front wasn't a popular decision making, and I know well the losses were great on the people and all, but this is Israel. Everyone in this war lost something or a lot. But Ya Shia wen ellleh kel seneh be2oloh "ya laytana Kona ma3akom" for Ashoura.

This is the test of your faith. If you fall with the first hiccup, you were not worthy of claiming that.

Isn't this what Sayyed Moussa taught you and us? Isn't this what your commander and founder Chemran, an Iranian, taught you and told us. Isn't this who Amal is? If not to fight the Jews and accept the burdens of that who are you?

You are a disgrace to Amal, no matter how you claim you are part of it.

And wars aren't always won or always lost, welcome to the reality of a world where there is no constant but God and his statements.

Welcome to world where their is true consequences to be against the enemies of Islam and us.

Ik many are sensitive now about the Palestinian topic, but even if there was no land called Palestine and there was a Jewish state with this ideology and these actions nothing would change.

Idk what else to say, screw you man.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 Today would mark the first time the Israeli army advances to this area.

This area was heavily attacked during the war and support front.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 In two paths, Israeli occupation forces set off from the Ramia base towards Al-Qawzah and towards Al-Salhani - Wadi Mathlim on the outskirts of Beit Lif

A total of 8 Merkava tanks (and Namer), a bulldozer, Hummer vehicles and infantry forces penetrated the area in the morning and began a bulldozing operation in the valley.

Then the tanks and infantry forces advanced with the sounds of explosions and heavy machine guns heard in the valley.

The news about Israeli forces entering Syria to operate against a facility is not totally unfounded, in terms that it is plausible but simply not confirmed

They did it twice before in Lebanon, and those rumors were true. They entered, destroyed a facility, and left. On both not spotteed until they left.

Unlike how many denied it last time, and attacked me for believing it.

The Israeli army officially released footage of the raid inside Syria, a few months ago where they were able to enter to a highly fortified Syrian army installation and destroy it from inside.

📸 The base in Syria was only a few years old, build in a very highly fortified matter that cannot be attacked from the air and destroyed.

The army planned the attack for two months, and carried more than 50 airstrikes to all nearby roads and areas to ensure reinforcements cannot arrive.

The Israeli soldiers spent close to 2.5 hours inside.

The base was attacked during a phase were there were minimal guards.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱l🇸🇾 The Syrian base was created to produce 100-300 rocket for Hezbullah yearly.

The Israeli attack from inside was intended to destroy the very expensive and hard-to-replace machinery.

Same machines that they attacked a few years ago in Beirut and two months ago in Iran.

The attack meant to ensure Hezbullah was not able to re-arm after the war, this was even before Assad fell and new-Syria is with a new administration.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱l🇸🇾 The operation was a great success to Israel and unfortunately a very humiliating defeat to Syria and its allies.

Worse, the helicopters entered from the sea, crossing near the Russian Naval base and one of the most protected areas in terms of radars and Air defense.

Russians, Syria's top allies who had a monopoly on the Syrian Army, failed to report the incident to help.

Syrian air defenses were suppressed after the events and during it.

4 Israeli helicopters were involved with about 100 fighter in total.

📰 There was not a lot of security at the facility - about 30 security guards from the Syrian army, who were at several guard posts, a vehicle with a machine gun that stood at a controlling point, and a standby squad.

Doors were shut close and safely, but the Israeli army took measure to hack or open them with force.

A lot more interesting details can be found in the full media release on the operation.

The operation was impressive, something I yearn to see executed one day by us.
