🥀 From the search and recovery operations of the bodies of the martyrs in Tayr Harfa.
This is how hard it is, searching between rubble, between demolitions, between roads and lands covered by Israeli engineering work.
Hopefully the majority will be found, and may God bestow patience on the families of those who will never be found.

🇱🇧l🇮🇱 National News Agency: The entry of Lebanese army units into the towns of Aitaroun and Mays al Jabal, which was scheduled for today, has been postponed to a date to be determined later.
With only 13 days until 26-Jan, the Israelis still didn't withdraw from the majority of the border towns.

📰 With the Druze aiming to vote for Salam, and the Lebanese Forces who doesn't want to go against the independent MPs, he might win.
Its unclear what Hezbullah will do, will they not nominate anyone or name him. Will they not participate in the new government?
Will Amal stand with Hezbullah, and so, make the government lose legitimacy because it doesn't have Shia support.

🇱🇧 Hezbullah doesn't name anyone, rejects Nawaf Salam
End of meeting between Lebanese president and Hezbullah regarding consultations to name prime minister. The bloc issued the following statement:
- Once again, some are hoping for deliberate and malicious dismantling, fragmentation and exclusion against us
- We took a positive step in our meeting with the President of the Republic, and didn't abstain, but we did not receive a welcoming hand
- They have the right to have their own experience and we have the right to demand a national charter government
What will Amal Movement do?

🇱🇧 MP Mark Daou: Shiite ministers can be appointed from outside Hezbullah and the Amal Movement to respect the charter in Lebanon.
The same has been said by the Lebanese Force party media.
They are openly saying we want to exclude who represents the Shia in Lebanon, the 33% of Lebanon and name no-bodies who happen to be born Shia and are against the Shia majority.
When Mohammad Raad said these MPs voted for isolation and exclusion, he was describing the matter accurately.
Hezbullah's issue with Nawaf is that Hezbullah doesn't know Nawaf. No one in Lebanon does and he never was here nor did he ever tackle Lebanese politics enough to be a PM.
Even hypocrites of the Lebanese Forces party (Gaegae) said a few years ago we don't want Nawaf because we don't know who he is: https://x.com/leb_now/status/1878820212839207369
But glad things happened like this. The anti-Hezbullah got their president and their PM, two of the most influential and important positions in Lebanon. Let's see how they will act.
There is only one matter of concern, will they attempt to put the state vs Hezbullah or no. Because Hezbullah will only surrender its weapons to Imam al-Mahdi :)

❗️There is very high possibility that Israel will accept a ceasefire in Gaza and a prisoner swap.
This comes directly because of the Trump Administration pressure, after the Israelis failed to end Gaza and locate all its hostages in a 15-month war and genocide.
Hamas's terms that were in day one are their terms today. Only Israel finally succumbed to agreeing.
In the past weeks, Israel lost about 40 soldiers in northern Gaza. 40 who died in vein for continue a war, which could have ended weeks ago, and where these 40 would have been alive and the Jewish hostages freed.
As for Hamas and PIJ, and the people in Gaza, they were patient especially that they didn't have a choice, it was either complete annihilation or continuing to fight despite the unprecedented and unimaginable losses.
Their perseverance ensured a ceasefire can happen. Unfortunately it is unlikely the complete end of the war. For Gaza, the situation is more complicated than for Lebanon.

❗️Both Amal and Hezbullah did not name to support a PM.
Without them, the Lebanese Prime Minister does not have any support from the Shia, which makes his government against the so-called charter which Lebanon was founded on after the civil war.
With the secret distribution of the parliament seats and the the main jobs in the state, all sects should be represented or they "lose legitimacy"

🇱🇧 As a reminder, in both the 2018 and the 2022 elections which can show votes per party, Hezbullah not only got the most votes...
...but they got the most votes vs some other parties combined. Additionally, they got the highest votes per candidates.
Hezbullah almost got more votes than the combined count of all 3 major Christians parties, including Lebanese Forces and Kataeb who openly today are attacking Hezbullah very aggressively and leading a very fierce political campaign against it to sideline it from political life and stripping it from the right to exist

I'm not pro-Mikati nor is Hezbullah, he's only the "man you know".
What I care now, is to highlight something.
Nawaf might be a good man as long as he doesn't put the state vs Hezbullah, but what I find interesting how everyone is hailing his nomination as a new era.
Dears, the ones who voted for him are the corrupt Druze leader Walid Joumbalt, the civil war warlord.
FPM, whom you always accused (falsely and not) of corruption. The 2019 "protests" was against them.
The Lebanese Forces Party and Kataeb. Etc etc. Makhzoumeh, Etc etc
This is not a new era lol, that's 14-March born again and post-Hariri's murder 2005 again.

We will watch and proceed calmly and wisely and we will see their actions
This is in regards to everything. Honestly it's not the end of the world.
If the West and Arabs are happy, let it be. If the U.S and Arabs are satisfied let it be.
If this is what it takes for the situation in general for us, Lebanese, to become better let it be. Really there is no political differences aside the matter of arms.
Yes Hezbullah is not at optimal conditions, and Sheikh Naim is under immense pressure with the fall of allied Syria and the war losses, however they can manage well and even extend a hand to Aoun and Nawaf.
The issue isn't political for Hezbullah, but everyone else is treating this as end of an era of Hezbullah as if Hezbullah was ruling Lebanon and they finally got rid of him.
Let things plays and we'll see how things go. As long as the Jews sideline themselves, all internal matters can be dealt with through adequate dialogue.
