- I chose to speak to the people of the Resistance openly and honestly today. To clarify, the people of the Resistance includes not only the close circle, but every supporter of the Resistance in Lebanon, the region, and the world.

- The people of the Resistance were shocked to witness the level of harm that was inflicted on the Resistance, on losing such a huge number of leaders in a short period of time, especially Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. We were shocked too.

The level of military preparedness the Resistance possessed across the years gave the impression that the Resistance can maintain a prolonged and decisive state of deterrence for the enemy, and that the Resistance is able to decisively defeat the enemy militarily in a single blow. This is not true, because we will never possess equal military capabilities as the enemy.

- The enemy's intelligence capabilities, control over communications, and the complete aerial blockade by the enemy gives them an advantage. Thus, we are carrying out a thorough assessment of the events that took place in order to learn and extract lessons.

- The Resistance is strong with its decisions, will, and the faith of the believers. The Resistance is strong because it continues regardless of the severe blows that it takes.

- We agreed to the ceasefire since the aggressor wanted it, and we were not the ones who had started the war to begin with. Additionally, we agreed to it since the Lebanese state took it upon itself to expel "israel" and defend the borders. This was an excellent opportunity for the state to carry out its responsibilities and examine its capabilities politically.

- We practiced restraint before the 1,350 "israeli" breaches of the ceasefire agreement despite feeling very violated. We discussed responding to the breaches with the Lebanese authority, but we were asked to remain patient until the 60 days were over, as our responses were going to receive the same treatment as the hundreds of "israeli" breaches.

- We were victorious because we stood strong, returned to our land, and the occupier *will* be expelled! The Resistance did not abandon the field, and it remains strong and firm.

- The promoters of the ceasefire agreement, the United States, do not only fail to fulfill their role before the "israeli" breaches, they even support and allow them! The US and the UN are responsible for any continued breaches of the ceasefire agreement.

- What is happening in Lebanon is proof that Lebanon needs the Resistance. When the Mujahideen stood before the enemy, the enemy failed to enter our land. The opposite occurred when the Resistance was not there.

- There was a very violent campaign waged against us to portray the Resistance as defeated, even internally. I know that some of those may have gotten a heart attack upon witnessing that the Resistance was in fact not defeated.

- Loud and clear: the Resistance is victorious! It is victorious with the crowds of honorable people who flooded their towns and faced the enemy with nothing but their flesh and bones!

- On the request to extend the 60-day period until the 18th of February: It is impossible for us to accept this. Does the US expect for a people with this much honor and dignity to accept this?! They may want to go to their tools who follow their commands with no hesitation. But not us.

- The Resistance holds the right to take any measures deemed necessary before the occupation that continues to attack and refuses to withdraw. We decide the time, nature, and means of confrontation.

- The continuation of the occupation is an aggression on our sovereignty, and everyone is responsible for confronting it; the government to the people, the Resistance, political parties, and all sects.

- The equation of "army, people, Resistance" is the equation that prevented the "israeli" occupation from reaching Beirut, and even to just South of the Litani River.

- The national [Shia] duo achieved the consensual presidential option by electing President Joseph Aoun. Without the participation of the duo, the president would not have been elected in this manner that expressed national unity. Today, we are not the ones placing obstacles in the path of creating a cabinet of ministers.

- We have already begun the process of rebuilding and have assessed and compensated over 270,000 units. I must thank the Jihad-ul Binaa' Association for its efforts. What we have achieved so far is even better than 2006, and we have more work to do.

🇱🇧 Earlier today morning, the locals of Kafr Kila were able to reach the entrance of the town towards Deir Mimas but did not cross the earthen barrier that the Israeli enemy had created.

After entering, they found the bodies of five Hezbullah fighters in the vicinity of their gathering.

✍ Judging by the location of these bodies and how easy easy it was to locate bodies in Aita al-Shaab, it seems the IDF did not collect the bodies and kidnap them to Israel in most cases.

This might bring hope to returning all surviving remains, many that have been left in the field and under ruble for 4 months as of now.

Some bodies were indeed kidnapped, at least 2 before the war and 3 a few weeks ago. Some bodies evaporated as a result of the large bombs.

Aoun asked the Americans to confirm their commitment to follow up on the issue of the 11 Lebanese prisoners and work to release them before February 18.

The 11 are Hezbullah's fighters who got captured during the war.
