❗️Israelis roaming around Marjeyoun and Burj al-Muluk… Lunch, payment in shekels, and coffee shops

Al-Akhbar newspaper reported a statement from Marjeyoun residents. Last week, four people entered a restaurant in the town and had lunch.

Upon leaving, the restaurant owner was surprised to find out they wanted to pay in shekels. It turned out they were Israelis roaming freely in the areas adjacent to the border.

Lebanese Military Intelligence questioned the restaurant owner about receiving members of the Israeli army. He stated that he didn't know they were Israelis until they asked for a bill!

In another incident, uniformed Israeli soldiers entered the town of Burj al-Muluk, near the Metula settlement, and purchased four cups of coffee from the caffe owner.

They continued on their way without being stopped.
