The Israeli Air Force assassinated the Secretary General of Hezbullah Sayyed Hashim Safi al-Din.
Alongside him, the senior commander Ali Bahsoun and Hussein Hazineh were martyred. They were accompanied by commander Mahmoud Shaheen
This war killed so many legends, Hezbullah didn't have time to give each of these men their tributes.

❗️ Lebanese Justice Minister Adel Nassar issued a new circular addressed to the notaries, requiring them to check the names of everyone who carries out any transaction (sale, purchase, rental, etc.), and to compare the names with the American and international sanctions regulations.
If it is found that the name of one of the parties is on the list of penalties, the notary is prevented from completing the transaction!
While the minister relies on laws related to the fight against money laundering, he exceeded his authority, since the modification of the duties of the notary public or the imposition of new conditions on the contract must be done only through the parliament, not by an administrative circular.
The danger in this procedure is that it prevents people from using their property without a judicial ruling, and turns the notary into control bodies affiliated with the US Treasury, and affects the principle of legal sovereignty and freedom of contract, and opens the door to arbitrariness and political and financial discrimination.
Therefore, many jurists considered that what was done to Minister Nassar was an attack on the law and the constitution, a clear violation of his powers, and a direct implementation of external dictates at the expense of citizens' rights.
