Attack on Syria by IDF AF.

The Syrian air defenses launched AA missiles at IDF AF. Sounds of explosions reported near Damascus airport.

This would be the first attack since 20-7-2020 when IDF killed a Hezbullah member in Damascus leading to the border tensions.

@NewPress1 reporter: The occupation planes bombed the Syrian lands from the Jabal al-Sheikh area, as one of the Syrian anti-air missiles chased the occupation warplanes in the airspace of Jabal al-Sheikh, which forced the flight of the Israeli planes to the Tiberias area.

Note: It would likely explain why the attack was brief, and indicate it was not concluded. No reports yet if anything was hit on the ground.
