An amount of 391,551,090 LBP was transferred from the Alfa and Touch companies to the treasury of the Lebanese Army Foundation at the request of the Minister of Communications, Engineer Talal Hawat.

This amount had been collected through citizens contribution to a donation campaign by sending sms messages to the two companies in the year 2014.
