Today at around 5:10 pm, a drone belonging to the Israeli enemy penetrated the Lebanese airspace over the town of Aita al-Shaab, and was shot down by members of one of the army posts at a distance of 200 meters from the Blue Line inside Lebanese territory.

It's likely a small drone. But why didn't the IDF post anything yet? As usual waiting for the Lebanese side first.

About the drone:
- There is no loss of value for Israel.
- Bigger drones are a risk of information leakage because if recovered intact, not only could it be reverse-engineered, but the specs would help in knowing how to defeat them.
- Small drones are commercially available. There is no loss. Only 1000$ or so.

In 2015 when a Hermes drone fell, they destroyed it with a missile to protect it. USA does the same with its drones.
