-- A fight erupted in the Credit Libanais bank in Saida between the Internal security forces tasked with protecting the bank, and depositors who were trying to retrieve their money from the banks.

-- Meanwhile, Federation of Syndicates of Bank Employees threatens to strike again because of "organized attacks," citing rudeness, cursing & attacks on staff in their open letter.

-- Primary concern is the image & reputation of Lebanon's banking sector.
-- Although Carlos Ghosn escaped prison sentencing in Japan for corruption, he might end up in a worse condition in Lebanon after lawyers informed the judicial system about his visit to Israel.

-- According to the Lebanese constitution, visiting Israel as a Lebanese is punishable by prison. However due to Lebanon's slack behavior toward these cases, he was not stopped in the airport by ISF when he arrived.
