- The Lebanese army and security forces put a security cordon in Ein Qana, southern Lebanon.

- Red Cross, Kattana to LBCI: We received a call about an explosion in Ein Qana, and the first ambulance set out, heading for a fuel station in the place, and initial information indicates that there were no injuries.

- Some (initial) reports tell about a gas station, but others say no gas station exists there.

According to locals, Hezbullah doesn't have anything in that area. Technically, it was evacuated a few months ago after the owners of the land asked for the land back.

The explosion looks too small to be a weapon depo.

Locals talk of one minor injury, might be of glass shards.

Hezbollah to Aljazeera correspondent (Zeina Khodr): "This explosion was at a house that stored weapons – result of technical error. No one was killed or injured. The building belonged to a Hezbollah-affiliated demining association. The weapons that were stored were left over from wars.”

Hezbollah sources to LBCI: No injuries due to the explosion in Ain Qana. The explosion wasn't a result of a Hezbollah leader being targeted.
MTV correspondent: It has been reported that the building affected by the Ain Qana explosion was used the last time a month ago, when a person was seen entering and leaving the place.
Salem Zahran to MTV: No casualties resulted from the Ain Qana explosion, despite what has been reported; the explosion affected a Hezbollah center used to store weapons and bombs from remnants of war, as well as Israeli cluster bombs collected from the fields.

National News Agency: The explosion in Ein Qana coincided with an intense flight of Israeli aircraft.

Semi official: The explosion occurred as a result of mines and shells left over from the Israeli aggression, which "Generations For Peace Association" NGO for Mine Removal was collecting from fields in the southern villages pending disposal, and that did not lead to injuries.

This NGO is affiliated with Hezbullah.
Statement by the Lebanese army: On 9/22/2020, at about 15:00, an explosion occurred in a building in the town of Ain Qana - Al-Tuffah District, and immediately an army force came to the place and began investigations into the causes of the explosion.

Jumblatt to MTV: I called Hariri from Paris, and it was not positive; Berri told me that he is pressured to keep the Finance Ministry with the Shiite community [Find it it's his right to name his ministers].
MTV: Hariri tells his position on the government formation issue:

"I decided to help the Prime Minister-designate, Mustafa Adeeb, by naming a finance minister from the Shiite community, whom he names, and not anyone else."

As found by @Obs_IL, this was not a secret bunker but rather the foundations of the building, because it's built on a slope.

Can be clearly seen from the sky. Underground apartments are normal in such geography.
The house of my friend's got damaged near the blast, and his mother is in the hospital:

"We have a house in the south getting constructed, before and after, it's for the resistance whenever they want, our soul and what is more valuable and all of what we got is theirs."
Al-Jadeed reporter: There has been no official account yet about the cause of the explosion in Ain Qana, and the scene in the town has returned to normal.

Two security guards were located there, one was blasted off to the woods while the other was away buying food. All well.
The director of the Middle East Institute in Washington, Dr. Paul Salem, said:
