-- The president Michel Aoun is now meeting with the prime minister Hasan Diab and parliament speaker Nabih Berri.
-- MTV correspondent: The first session of the new Cabinet has started and is devoted to forming a ministerial committee that will be charged with drawing up the ministerial statement; PM Diab will then move to the Grand Serail.

Note: The forming of the ministerial statement was always the reason delays happened because the political parties used to argue about mentioning the sentence: " The right to resist under the banner of Army People Resistance".

Anti Hezbullah parties used to object that in an aim to deprive Hezbullah of its legitimacy.
This is the first time Lebanon has a technocrat government, with all it's members leaning to a political camp in the absence of the other.
