-- Now Amal Movement supporters cut the road in Jnah, protesting against the arrest.
-- The closure didn't last 30 min, it was canceled by orders from Amal.

I wonder if Amal who said they had nothing to do with it will allow the detaining to happen or politically blackmail the minister to get them out. It would be smart to let Justice run its course and avoid more damage to their reputation.
-- The sign of revolution was burnt tonight in Nabatiyeh, South Lebanon.

-- The protests in Nabatiyeh are spearheaded by the Lebanese communist party and are relatively very small.

They probably aim to keep an archive in case anything happens or anyone gets arrested.

-- Protests now reached downtown Beirut near the parliament. -- It seems that security forces intentionally turned the street lights off to restrict the protest in the area.
-- Timour Azhari (Journalist): Water cannons and tear gas deployed against protesters, some of whom began throwing stones & tearing down a metal barrier between them and the Grand Serail, the seat of government in #Beirut.
