The Lebanese forces militia has 50 thousand fighters ready in case the security situation collapses, as for 15 thousand fighters mentioned earlier those are just from Deir Al-Ahmar and Zahle only.

Note: The Lebanese Forces are basically counting the number of Christian males in their party fit for military service. Their training, as i mentioned earlier, has been going on for a year (more extensively than before). KSA is funding and the USA is sending some "advisors".

Though the LF never won a single battle in the civil war, they were the best in terms of organization and chain of command. Many of their internal documents are on sale in Lebanon on fleet markets.
