It seems Hezbullah is angry at Intelsky and might dox him if he continues posting things that may cause fear to the locals [as in false alarms of attacks].
🇱🇧🇮🇱 IDF AF activity over Beirut (corrected down)
🇱🇧🇮🇱 I might be hearing wrong, but something isn't normal with sounds.
🇱🇧🇮🇱 Nothing normal and too suspicious. Was very load. (corrected down)
🇱🇧🇮🇱 It seems either IDF sonic boom or an airliner passed outside the usual route.

I got confirmation that there is IDF AF activity over Dahyeh, but unsure if the sound was by them now.
🇱🇧 Ah, it seems to be the Lebanese army Airforce.

Allegedly a 3 day night training. (corrected down)
🇱🇧 Yep it's them. Activity between 5:00 pm to 12:00 am.

It's now about 1:51 am.

🇱🇧 This doesn't mean no IDF AF activity. (corrected down)
🇱🇧🇮🇱 After reading it again it says the training ends at 12:00 am.

Was it actually the Lebanese army? No

🚨 New info and exclusive: Emergency landing in the airport of Beirut. African airliner.
🇱🇧 ✈️ The Ethiopian plane landed at Beirut Airport at 1:37 am

According to the "weather and METAR" report issued by the airport, winds were at 7mph and at a direction of 130 °, meaning from southeast to northwest.

Given that it descended at runway 16 and with thrust reverse during the descent this sound would have been excepted.

Written by plane engineer and expert from Twitter: @Alabbass_ayoub
✈️ Thrust reversal, also called reverse thrust, is the temporary diversion of an aircraft engine's thrust so that it acts against the forward travel of the aircraft, providing deceleration.

🇪🇹 The plane is going to be airborne again in a few (5 min).
🇱🇧 The sound being heard now in some parts of Dahyeh (and greater Beirut) is from the plane.

Goodnight all.
