Trans Tesla firebomber Adam Lansky was identified as a member of Socialist Rifle Association (Just like Benjamin Song) by federal prosecutors in their memo against pre-trial release. Despite this an Oregon federal magistrate judge ordered released him on Wednesday. Lansky fired more than a dozen rounds into the Tesla showroom and set fire to multiple Teslas, even pointing his rifle at a witness
Lansky is blaming a therapist misdiagnosis that exacerbated his mania, also stating he's now been properly diagnosed with bipolar disorder
The imposition of this release order is stayed until 5 pm on Thursday, meaning the feds are going to appeal his release.

Benjamin Song was taken into custody by authorities last night, ending the man hunt for him. He's the likely shooter in the Alvarado TX Antifa attempted murder ambush. He's also a member of Elm Fork JBGC.

Charges are a mix of Conspiracy to Impede or Injure Officers + Assault on a Federal Officer. The conspiracy was an organized action to block the ICE facility using a bus, cement, trash, and then attacking officers
Those arrested include a "Spokane Community Against Racism" organizer, a "Spokane Human Rights Commission" member, and a former city council president

It should be noted this isn't just a normal tech company that happens to be popular with leftists, but a nonprofit that doesn't pay anyone and offers 100% free services to ideologically aligned extremists. The project is supported by donations, to the tune of around 20k year.

Arrests at tonight's bridge bridge blocking demonstration in Cincinnati Ohio, the event was organized by marxist group Cincinnati Socialists
Charges are a mix of riot, obstructing emergency responders, disorderly conduct, failure to disperse, unlawful assembly, criminal mischief, menacing, and resisting.
The demonstration was done in support of Ayman Soliman, who had his asylum revoked (started under Biden admin in December) and was taken into ICE custody in June. Asylum was likely revoked due to a connection to Muslim Brotherhood group.
