Reporting from December, 2025 confirms that James Eaton, a self-described anarchist and student at Tulsa Community College, was arrested and federally charged after authorities uncovered violent threats against ICE agents in his deleted Twitter/X posts as part of an investigation into online threats toward federal law enforcement. The deleted content included an offer to buy a beer for anyone who killed an ICE agent, and another post that read, “anyone that tries to arrest and deport an ‘illegal’ immigrant should be shot.”

Supporters on X have linked this reporting to James’ X account, James_Konkin, who’s last post was November 24, 2025, shortly before James Eaton was arrested.

James has been charged with solicitation to commit a crime of violence and interstate communications with a threat to injure a law enforcement agent.

Rioters stole a firearm from the vehicle. Kash Patel has reported that less than 24 hours later, the man that stole a rifle from an ICE vehicle has been arrested. The suspect, Raul Gutierrez, is a member of the Latin Kings gang and has a known violent history.

Kash Patel followed with the statement:

There will be more arrests. Again: any individual who attacks law enforcement or vandalizes federal property paid for by hardworking taxpayers will be found and arrested.
