关于这几天传的 Android Pie 防止回滚，应该是防止某个旧版本有绕过激活锁的漏洞。比如 MIUI 之前就出过绕过激活锁的漏洞。

另外还看见一张图，里面写着解锁后就不会限制回滚了，所以对于解锁用户可以说是没有影响。
对于普通用户来说，有可能遇到升级后遇到 bug 却无法降级的问题，这就比较麻烦了。
