Edinburgh University has cancelled a screening of women’s rights film ‘AduIt Human Femal€’ after a protest from T<ran>s activists.

Activists turned up in their hundreds, blocking the entrance and screaming at women. The masked mob also blocked a disabled woman from entering the venue.

The university issued a statement saying it was unsafe to go ahead with the screening:

“with protesters restricting access to the venue, safety concerns were raised should the event proceed. It was therefore decided that the screening should not continue.”

It is the second time the screening has been cancelled at the university after an angry mob of tr_ans activists descended on the cinema demanding it be cancelled.

Tr{an}}s activist AIok Vad Menon appeared in 3 different versions of the April edition of ‘Brides Today’ magazine.

One of the images shows him wearing a plunging gold dress revealing his hairy chest.

Indian women were outraged over the covers with some labelling it “horrifying” and “disturbing.”
