I have one of these! I love it. My grandson is 9 months old. It is like a magic necklace for him. He loves it. He can be cranky and whining and I hold this in front of him and he takes it and settles down. He loves chewing on it. I’m not sure why, because it is smooth.

I was skeptical too. I figured, what the heck? Gave it a try. My husband bought it for my birthday back in April of this year. So, before I had this necklace, between the hours of 1 and 4 am, I would wake up restless and unable to get back to sleep. Also had almost daily headaches. I have full nights of uninterrupted, restful sleep (haven't had that in decades) since wearing this pendant. It even made the headaches stop. Also, my arthritis in my hands has all but disappeared. I don't know what issues you may have, but it has really helped me a lot. I don't know what makes it work, but it works for me.
