LIVANDU HEALTHY SUNDAY WEEK 15: Psyops everywhere everyday. We all need a break. It’s Sunday. Let’s go outside for a few hours to enjoy nature. WE’RE DOING THIS TOGETHER:
1. Take your shoes off - do some grounding/earthing. Go for a walk.
2. Hug a tree and/or your pets
3. Focus on your breathing (deep breaths). Go within
4. Drink lots of fluoride free clean water + a freshly prepared smoothie
5. Prepare a fresh meal with love (remember to bless your food)
