One-Click Android rom installation assistant

Anarchy-Droid is an application designed to help you install custom roms on your Android device. It is supposed to make the process of finding, downloading and installing a rom (with addons like F-Droid and microG) as easy as possible. The primary audience is all the folks who do not really know anything about Android, TWRP or roms, but still would like to run a free, open-source and non-bloated Android on their devices. Using a free after-market rom like LineageOS should not be restricted to the few people with enough technical know-how to do the complex installation procedure all by themselves.

Anarchy-Droid is available for Windows, Mac and Linux. As of now, it should be working fine with many Samsung, OnePlus, Motorola, NVidia and Sony devices and with all other devices that already have TWRP installed.

Anarchy-Droid is the successor of Free-Droid which has been fully rewritten from scratch in go.

loRa is super effective in Cities, but not in the countryside.
Therefore we switched to the Reticulum Protocol, which allows us to use litte computers like raspberrypi as Gateways, for connecting Lora, CB, Wifi and even more.

First we tried Meshtastic, but there were many problems with messaging using many nodes.
Nodes not waking up after sleeping for some time.
And many problems with the APP, and interoperabilities.
So we decided to stop the complete Process, because we needed a strong base first, before expanding.
We found reticulum was better in many ways for this usecase, since then we are using it.

Flote Removed from Google Play Store

Well folks, they finally caught up to us. Google has been threatening for months to remove our app from their store because we refuse to conform to their idea of “community standards”.

At Flote we believe we have our own community standards… that you as individuals are not only capable but also responsible for what you say and for what you read. We trust you to make your own decisions to, for example, consume adult material or express your political views, without the constant threat of running afoul of some arbitrary and ever-changing set of rules made up by people you don’t even know.

Anyway, so the long and short of it is that our app is no longer available in the Play Store and any previously installed version of the app on your phone will no longer be available. Instead we encourage you to use the web version of the app or to download our APK which is available at: https://flote.app/assets/downloads/flote.apk and install it to your phone directly.

We will soon be providing access to the APK through the F-Droid app which will help with the install process and to keep you up to date as we release new versions.
