Use recovery flashable zip from group and flash in twrp after ROM and reboot. It remove Inbuilt gapps and other aosp apps as per bloat from their POV.
Tested on Android 10 and Android 11. It removes all Gapps, so keep apks of aosp Dialer, SMS app, Gallery, Contacts and Camera apk beforehand to install later.
