📖 Instructions to debloat:

Download and launch the Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools.

Enable USB debugging and load the phone in the app (see the tool's instructions for details).

On the ADB tab, in the Debloater segment, select all the apps and services you wish to remove and click Uninstall!.

Note: The Debloater lists apps which are safe to remove.

The process may take up to 30 seconds.

Afterwards, reboot your phone to finalise the changes by clicking on Reboot to System in the top menu.

MagicGApps

Installs a regular open_gapps-* zip (except aroma variant) systemlessly as a magisk module. When the module is disabled, Google Play Services are automatically disabled on the next boot as well. This prevents continuous, disturbing gms crashes.

⚠ WARNING: This module deliberately disables GMSCore when it is turned off, so if you use MicroG alongwith this, it won't work. But there is a fix. Simply delete (after each flash of this):
/magisk/.core/service.d/MagicGApps.sh

/sbin/.core/img/.core/service.d/MagicGApps.sh

🏗 SETUP STEPS
Make sure an open_gapps-* zip (except aroma variant) exists somewhere in /sdcard or /external_sd directories or subdirectories.
Optional -- run touch /data/r to reinstall open_gapps-* zip (or touch /data/u to uninstall the module).
Optional -- set up a gapps-config.txt file (removal lists work as pseudo-removal lists -- systemless debloat).
Install from custom recovery (i.e., TWRP).
