EatUp: Different Land, Familiar Spices.

This month’s EatUp in LinkUp magazine takes readers inside an Indian restaurant hidden along the back road of Bole Japan, where rich aromas, colorful décor, and a warm welcome set the stage for a memorable dining experience.

Blending familiar spices with new flavors, the dishes offered a mix of comfort and surprise, leaving the table both satisfied and curious for more. It felt like a brief journey to India without ever leaving Addis.
