The US Embassy is hosting a youth competition for people of ages between 18-25 to share their personal viewpoints on the interconnectedness of citizen participation, their future and democracy. Participants can submit either a short video or a short poem addressing one of the following: "What I want Ethiopia to be; my contributions to elections; what democracy means to me.

BGI Ethiopia has launched the BGI XP Internship program in collaboration with Addis Ababa University's 6 kilo campus branch. The program is a result of a memorandum of agreement signed between the two entities back in October 2020. The internship program is going to be held for two months in the summer and participants will recieve monthly stipends of an undisclosed amount.
