You may have heard the silky strumming Dulcimers emit in many middle eastern movies. They’re considered the staple instrument of the Arab world. Dulcimers suspected of arriving from Persia, have now spread through Europe. “Before dulcimers found their way to the United States and then on to the rest of the world, however, they were predominantly celebrated in Europe and European cultures.” Writes Alula Abadi, writer for Linkupaddis Magazine.
