A Storytelling competition held on the theme of Timket Festival, Smartphilm asks contestants to submit images and videos concerning the festivity.
One of the main rules for the contest is, the content should be captured on smartphones and similar devices like tablets.
First-place winners will receive a Samsung smartphone, while second and third place will receive a Safaricom MI-FI with bundle packages.
