Solve IT is a nationwide innovation competition focused on young talents aged 18-28, with a mission to decentralize technology and empower grassroots communities.
In collaboration with the US Embassy and Dashen Bank, Solve IT 2023 is being conducted in six cities across Ethiopia: Addis Ababa, BahirDar, Dessie, Dire Dawa, Jimma, and Wolaita.
12 projects has now proceed to the final phase of the competition: The Bootcamp, where the finalists come to Addis Ababa for an intensive business, technical and pitching training to compete for the 1,000,000 birr seed money.
