Join for an afternoon of discovery and exploration of the practice of vipassana, or insight meditation. Vipassana is a simple yet profound technique that helps cultivate mindfulness, equanimity, and inner peace on 2 June 2024. There will be two sessions from 1-3PM and 3:30-6PM
