More than 3,000,000 feedback bots is connected to @LivegramBot for the moment. At this point, we decided to update @LivegramBot’s localizations and help so it will be easier for new-coming users to explore bot features. Livegram FAQ now has answers to most of the questions, which significantly reduces the load on our support team.

While we preserve the right of users to keep their messages private, feedback bots also have customizable auto-reply texts that are available to all users and may contain inappropriate information.

For this purpose, we have created our Terms of Service and moderation team that monitors violations.

In fact, all this time our moderation team consisted of just one person who manually checked hundreds of thousands bots and continues to do this every day. We thank her for the accomplished work.

We are experiencing some problems at the moment — the main bot may respond slowly and responses of connected bots may be delayed. We are working on the fix.

The database of @LivegramBot has been publicly available for a while due to the security bug.

The issue is fixed now, but for security reasons, all API tokens of connected bots will be revoked by the Telegram team.

If you want your connected bots to continue working as before, manually revoke API tokens at @BotFather and update them in the bot settings at @LivegramBot using ‘Update API Token’ button.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we are doing our best to solve this issue.
