This is a good morning and a beautiful day. May your day be full of cosy warm peace. Treat yourself to a day of self love and self care. Choose what you nurture yourself with to create the most high vibrational field of love around you.
Everything you take in has an effect on your energy frequency level. Manage it today with the only focus; YOU.
Choose who attached to you will elevate and benefit from this pampering; childeren, partners, family friends. The only rule is the can only join you today when they contribute to this elevation of your frequency.
Anything or anyone that challenges you, detours you from your focus or lowers your vibration will be cut out of your program today and be dealt with tomorrow, beyond or never.

And choose wisely.
Times are challenging and to be able to deal with the contrasting situations and emotions in and around you Selfcare is key.
Program your day with elements to create this upwards spiraling of your energy.
Start:
Wear the most comfy clothes you enjoy wearing and start your day in sacredness. Sit somewhere cost with some candles lit. Create your own bubble of high vibe preparing with your notebook, cup of coffe/tea for the day ahead to remain like this.

2 things you enjoy eating
2 things you enjoy wearing
2 things you enjoy listening to
2 things you enjoy reading
1 location you enjoy walking in nature.
Now plan your day like a puzzle by adding all the above pieces.
Breakfast - Lunch - Diner
With your favourites.
Add yoga/meditation, a walk in nature, a bath or shower and some time for writting.
Write down what needs releasing today. Any stress trouble worries. Write them down. Write letters during the day to those who have hurt you. Take time to clear these emotions. Make a fire to burn these letters.
Switch of your phone.
Set the intention for the day saying:
I AM enjoying recharging and focussing my day on loving and nurturing myself.
Clear your energy in meditatie.
Releasing all density from the night and day before by imagining a cord flushing down your charge into the earth. Breath in and out slowly.
Use the meditation from Abraham above if you wish.
Start en end this meditation with your intention. Put a hand on your heart and breathe in Love. Do this all day.
You are charging and Love is available to you and flowing through you all day.
Focus on it.
Feel it.
Activate your abilities to feel pure Love for you.
Now flow into your day.
And remain focussed on your intention.
