This feature allows the user to lock app files in memory, greatly improving read speed and reducing jitters and power consumption of an application. Additionally, MAGNETAR manages all preloaded apps intelligently to avoid getting into OOM (Out Of Memory) state to avoid freezes or lags while still being able to preload all apps added by the user.
