Unfortunately, your account is now limited. You will not be able to send messages to people who do not have your number in their phone contacts or add them to groups and channels. Of course, when people contact you first, you can always reply to them.

最近知晓了一些专盯国内小企业而且强买强卖正版化而且态度非常恶劣的微软中国区销售，似乎这种情况已经非常普遍了（这其实是影响微软的 reputation 的），但是很多人不知道怎么投诉这些人，下面是大致路线图*（假设中国区）：
虽然说用盗版是有责任在先，但是销售是没有权利强迫/威胁你从单一来源采购正版软件的，可以查阅一下 MS Standards of Business Conduct (标准商业道德规范)：https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/compliance/sbc/default.aspx ，中文版查阅附件
然后是举报，注意最好获得电话号码以及邮箱地址。v- 开头的邮箱是外包人员，a- 开头的邮箱是合同工，b- 开头的邮箱是商业伙伴，t- 是实习生，没有前缀的话就是全职员工。注意收集好所有证据
